Surgeons? Hall is Scotland?s largest
medical collection, it is recognised as a
collection of national significance. Follow
the story of surgery in Scotland from its
earliest days, through the Burke and Hare
murders to modern keyhole surgery.
Displays include early anatomical
specimens and surgical instruments; a
pocket book made from the skin of William
Burke and a hands on key hole surgery
training unit.

remains that some people may find
unsettling. Recommended age10+, under
16s must be accompanied by an adult.
